Sichuan Ni&Co Guorun New Materials Co.,Ltd(GRM) registered in January of 2005 in Pengshan County. In July of 2007, GRM successfully introduce the top 500enterprises in the world Morgan Stanley and WalMart DT Capital with USD 40million of investment. Thence GRM becamethe first strategic partner on resource in west part of China.In 2008, GRM cooperated with such famous enterprises in China as Guangdong Ifirst Group, Fujian Sany Group,Ningbo Fuding and financed RMB 270 million.At present,the registered capital of GRM is USD29,292,900.We own 100ha of industrial estate and RMB1.8 billion of assets. Integrated in research, production and marketing, GRM is focusing on the compre-hensive utilization of recycling resources and exploitation of non-ferrous metal ores. More than 10 subsidiary companies include large or medium Zn, Pb and Li ore, lithium plants, recycling melting plant for Cu, Co and Ni , research center and marketing firms. The capacities for Li products made from spodumene and Ni products are the top one and the second producer in China respectively. Our achievements embody not only on lithium like synthesis of rechargeable Li-ion battery anode materials, Li production techniques, separation Li from other non-ferrous metals and distill Li from saline brine, but also on comprehensive utilization Li resource and producing Ni metal (according to GB/T 6516-1997) from laterite by hydrometallurgy techniques.
