We have a brilliant group oftechnogical researchers in our corporation, it is made up of 3 doctors, 7 graduate students, 42 undergraduates,8 junior colleges.They are concentrated in technical approvement of lithium products and updating of Powder Metallurgical Technology. We have got numerous technique achievements in lithium ion quadric battery anode materials synthesis, and lithium salt manufacture technique, the grading of lithium and other nonferrous metal, extracting lithium from saline brine, lithium resources composite recycling and so on.Most of these techniques achieve the international level, and awarded national patent rights. The hydrometallurgy which is brought out by us and received recognition in domestic and aboard. This technique takes waste residue as raw materials resource which can not widely apply to the industry in traditional way, widely used in our country to save engergy, meanwhile, it is avoid of groundwater pollution, soil pollution and so on. On the other hand, this technique only cause a little acid fog and waste water in whole course of production. Waste water can be recycled while the waste residue can be used in making bricks and tiles and building materials. That’s to say, it has two good side, not only the recycling of nonferrous metal, but also responding to the nation’s policy of cycling economy. Our company’s technique center allocate a lot of advanced devices, such as ICP, atom absorb spectrometer and so on. So as to, it helps to intensively control the quality and data in raw materials, the course of manufacture in every technique index and products . Meanwhile improvement of the manufacture technique, foucus on the recycling dynamics of nonferrous metal, make us do more contribution for our society.
